From personal experience, no. Sorry. But it is good for you so it's worth a try, right? You can get it at any pharmacy. =)

Tylenol is a painkiller. It doesn't make you magically gain muscle like him. He's obviously taking steroids if he's that jacked. Taking the Tylenol will make you less sore but that's sort of a bad thing if you're using it during your workout because if your body is physically exhausted, it's trying to tell you but you'll just keep going because you can't feel that pain. It's actually very, very dangerous. Taking it everyday is very dangerous too as it will damage the lining of your stomach and your liver which you obviously need to function. The less drugs you have to take now, the better. Use Tylenol after you workout if you have SERIOUS muscle pain. Taking a hot bath helps too! :)
