I'm a guy, and i'm a virgin (21) and when i "relieve the tension" it only lasts maybe 20 seconds, sometimes less, and never more than a minute.

I am a young girl...but my ex-boy friend had the similar problem...this helped him..."Negative thoughts or worries can prevent an erection from occurring as surely as sexual thoughts or fantasies can produce one. A sign that your erection problem is psychological and not physical is if you can get an erection while sleeping, when waking up in the morning, or when masturbating, but you can't get one when you're with your partner. This can happen as a result of anxiety, stress, depression, conflict with your partner, or guilt.
Another common psychological factor that will sometimes keep a man from getting an erection is "performance anxiety." This happens when a man is so worried about getting an erection that his fear becomes self-fulfilling.
Before a doctor can decide how to treat your erection problem, he or she will need to know what's causing it. You may be able to help determine the nature of your problem by taking some of the following steps.
* Look for risk factors. Answer questions, such as: Are you taking medicine? Do you drink a lot? Have you suffered a groin injury? Are you depressed or under stress? Are you having trouble communicating with your partner?
* Make lifestyle changes. If you drink alcohol, cut back. If you smoke, get information on quitting.

If you use prescription drugs, ask your doctor or pharmacist if they could be interfering with your ability to get an erection. If you ride a bike frequently, go shopping for a wider, softer seat.
* Talk to your partner. If you think that you're having trouble getting erections because you're anxious about having sex with your partner, be honest about it. Look for solutions together.
* Relax. When you're with your partner, exchange massages or have sexual interactions that don't lead to intercourse; it takes the pressure off if you don't feel you have to "perform."
* Try counseling. Sometimes talking to a professional, a person with whom you aren't emotionally involved, can be helpful. Ask your doctor to recommend a psychiatrist or psychologist who is experienced in sex therapy.

I am too young to advise you!!

It takes distraction. Try masturbating with your non dominate hand, Squeeze the head prior to climax and this will stop the premature ejaculation.Using condoms can decrease the stimulation to last longer. Good luck and practice lasting longer. Have a nice year.

Don't sweat it until you're not a virgin anymore. Self pleasure always is quicker, because you guys know how to do what they want. You probably won't last long once you start either, but hey, that's part of being a guy. After you had some experience, if you still have that problem, then try rings, or pausing techniques. But you don't know that yet.

It sounds to me like you are giving yourself too much stimulation! Ease up and don't stroke so hard! If you are barely touching yourself, and still you shoot right away, then you REALLY have a hair trigger! I would suggest you go to jackinworld.com and look up the techniques there. They rank them by how much stimulation they provide.

Try stimulating other parts of your body and enjoy those sensations, only touching your penis occasionally!

I sure hope this helps!

Try to do a "pre game warm up" get your self hard, and then wait a minnute and then get your self almost ready to go and then stop again and wait as long as you can, then "relieve" the tension. Keep doing this till you are were you want to be! GOod luck!

i know this sounds crazy but it actually works. Stick your pinky finger up your anal cavity (smallest finger to teduce tingle) and tie a 5 lb. weight to your balls.
