always gets involoved in everything(but not exactly in a good way)

they just always have to be in everything and take part in everything just to show that they can do everything

i'm looking for a word that can describe that type of person

Pushy, meddlesome, presumptuous, and intrusive all work. In the case you cited, I kinda like "... she's presumptuous and intrusive, barging uninvited into whatever is going on."
