The rule of thumb is: Healthy for you, healthy for your hamster.
If you want to give your hamster different foods though, that's terrific! The sky's the limit. Get in the habit of saving a bite of your healthy meals and sharing it with your hamster. Just be sure to remove any uneaten portions after a few hours so they don't spoil. You'll soon learn that your hamster has food preferences when you start offering him a variety.
Here are a few suggestions that my hamsters love (I am a show breeder and have well over 100): spinach, cucumbers, apples, carrots, grapes, scrambled eggs, brussel sprouts, etc.. I will give them leftover pasta, pancakes, rice, cornbread, anything!
One fun thing I give them is peanut butter and/or honey smeared in the bottom of a baby food jar. You should see them cram themselves in there to lick out every bit of it. They get a bit messy but that's the part that makes them even cuter to me.
I give my hamsters 3 different vegetable and one different fruit each day. I have NO problem with them developing diarrhea. I also offer them citrus fruits without any problems. Some love it, others don't. I enjoy seeing each of their different tastes.

Apples are harmless! Just stay away from raw beans, apple seeds, sprouting potato buds, parsley, and green parts of tomatoes. All those foods can be poisonous to hamsters.

It's ok, just don't give them to her anymore this week, if hamsters eat too much fruit they'll get diarrhea, then they'll get dehydrated. I have hamsters too, and they love they're occasional apples.

Yeah that's fine. Hampsters love apple. Just make sure you don't give her any of the apple seeds. They are toxic and may make her quite sick.

Apples should be fine as treats for your hammy, as long as they are just treats and not her entire diet.
