Looking on a site using a Yahoo! search shows that there might be some bad blood between Batista and Booker T prior to their SummerSlam match that goes beyond what the writers made for them. The article said there was some swelling in both superstars' faces, so it seems the punishment was mutual.

From what I heard, Batista got snippy and mouthy towards the Booker man at a photo shoot, so Booker hauled off and hit him. There was no fight, just Booker knocking the rookie in his place.

Yeah they had fight!!but seems like Booker T got beat up by Batista! but they both had few injuries like Batista bleed from nose while Booker got bruised eyes and face.more damage for Booker its seems like...
