our team just made it to the championship. We are playing a team with a really tall center, Does anybody have any plays or ways to stop really tall centers?

well u take ur smallest point guard and have ur foward set a screen for him to get around and force the center to cover him, that means that while two guys are occupied with him, there has to be someone open for a wide open jay, or u have ur pointguard outrun the center for the layup, though the layup is more risky cause he might get plain out swatted

Use the Shaq-attack method. Have a average player on your team guard him and essentially foul him any time he shoots. Make him shoot foul shots, big guys usually suck at that. If you're lucky he may get pissed and commit a few fouls himself. Whatever you do dont put your best player on him, thats early foul trouble waiting to happen.

keep him out of the paint. most of the time big men cant shot well far away from the basket.

also be phyiscal with him do let him push your guys over fight back. dont let him get an easy lay up stop him.

1) Punch them in the gut.

2) Use the ol "Your shoes untied" trick.
