How would you INTRODUCE Maryland? Please give 2 paragraphs. (I mean, you know. Introduce it like a book introduces a character or something. I HOPE YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!

IF YOU CANNOT, can you show me a link to show me a Venn Diagram, comparing and contrasting Maryland to California?

I WILL CHOOSE BEST ANSWER!

P.S. If you can do both, please do!

Um i don't know i did this and i had to find information about my state and i had like about a couple of paragraphs. like start with a topic sentence and stuff. ex:

Maryland was the 7th state in the USA; it became a state on April 28,1788. Its state capital is Annapolis. But its largest city is Baltimore. Maryland's population (as of 2000) is 5,296,486. States that border Maryland are New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia, Maryland is also bordered by the Atlantic Ocean. Maryland is the Old Line State.
Marylands state bird is the Baltimore Oriole, their state reptile is the Diamondback Terrapin, state fish, the Rockfish.

AND you can continue, your welcome :).

Well I live in Maryland and It has it's good parts and bad parts just like Cali..... Well I live close to the D.C part so it's kinda bad. But anyways, Maryland would be introduced as the state that is a multicultural place. The climate goes by the seasons. If it's winter it is cold. If it's spring, it's warm. Maryland is one of the states that have one of the riches black communities. (Prince Georges County) Hope this helped a little.

You can add Pennsylvania to that list. One of the candidates for Governor who is our Attorney General at the moment is promising a law like this, I am all for it. I love that the states in this country are stepping up and not laying down and taking all of the BS from the feds whether it be refusal to enforce laws that protect us or forcing laws on us that are neither constitutional nor what any of us want. We are living in very interesting times.
