usually the forecasts that are about an hour before the event are refined to the point of being right. - the stuff 2 days in advance isn't even close

My weather persons are pretty good with their forecasts; I heard somewhere that, on average, forcasters get it right 80 % of the time . ( 4 days out of five)

Everyday of the year he says - Sunny with the possibility of showers in the afternoon.
So he is normally right. Great job though.

Never, they have come close though. Light snow flurries isn't much different than 24 inches now. They're both snow.

Sometimes but you can look at it the way my dad did. The sun shines somewhere everyday and be asured it rains somewhere too

nope, best guess every day between 2 and 10 cm of snow like I could guess that..
sunny with clody periods??..look out the window, that is what you see...
chance of showers??..and maybe a chance for no showers to eh??...what is with that...
