Is it just me who think this will be a hard one to predict?
I mean departed one the producers guild for best pic
babel won the golden globe
and little miss sushine won the sag award for best ensemble cast ( they don't have a best pic award at the sag)
am i the only one who thinks this will be totally up in the air.

after last year's debacle with Crash winning over Brokeback Mountain, I agree very much. Departed deserves it, Babel was well made, but thematically it was a mess, and LMS is just an indie poser, feel-good binge that doesn't deserve it.
I disagree with anyone who says it's 100% for any one movie.

Usually the same people who win at the golden globe win the Oscars, not always but I'm still guessing that Babel will win...
