Only if my second best friend's head was a glass of milk. Then it just makes sense to eat it.

Depends on the type of cookie. If my friend's head was a sugar cookie, I'd let him/her live unless I found a lot of frosting. Since they are my best friend, I'd probably warn them to stay away from large amounts of frosting at all costs.
If my friend's head was a chocolate chip cookie, I would only do it if their head was still soft and chewy.
If I had a large glass of milk and my friend's head was an oreo, I'd twist the top of their head off, lick the frosting, put the top back on, drown them in milk and then enjoy every last bite. I'd be even happier to do it if my friend's head was a double stuffed oreo.

If I had a raging case of PMS and my best friend's cookie head was the only thing around to eat, you're damn right I'd eat it.
