Yes you graduated but legally you can not sign into a lease or any other binding contract so unless your renting from someone you know you probably will not be able to rent an apartment

I believe you have to be 18 to be legally responsible for yourself, signing a rental lease, etc. However, you could petition the courts to become emancipated from your parents and then you could move. However when you petition the courts for emancipation your have to prove that you are able to support yourself along with a few other stipulations. Your parents also have to agree with the emancipation and the courts have to see that it is in your best interest to be emancipated.

Hope I explained it well enough, if not look up Emancipation in Louisiana and see what the requirements are. Good luck, don't make any quick decisions. ALso you only have one more year until you are 18.

yes of course you can but before you do anything, do you have a good job?, do you know anyone that could share an apartment with you?, can you cook? are you planning on going to college? these are questions that you need to think about before doing anything. you would hate to declare your independence too early and then have to go backwards.......right?
