keep in mind that Mayor in the lively action picture "Nightmare in the previous Christmas"? (He had a revolving head with 2 faces on opposite factors.) nicely, Miley and Hannah are in simple terms like that. She's an "effing freak" and the quicker somebody places her in nut homestead the extra useful for all at a loss for words people everywhere.
