is there any software that can i upgrade my cellphone camera?

Sorry, that's a hardware issue. If the camera had a 3.2 mp sensor, why would they only store 1.3 mp pictures? That would be like selling an 8 cylinder car, but turning 5 of the cylinders off through software.

no, the megapixels in a cell camera are limited by the hardware the manufacturer built into the unit, if you could have gotten 3.2 megapixels from the hardware they would have advertised it as such, it would be a good selling point....

I doubt it. The picture quality has to do with hardware and not software. You would have to change the camera for that. I think is just cheaper for you to get a different phone.
