Today i had my period for the first time ever. it sucks and i dont know a thing. in gym (in school) i cramped out and started crying. Any advice...please i take any...

Periods are very uncomfortable, especially if this is your first menstruation. If you're cramping very badly, take Midol or Tylenol. It really helps with the pain. It will get better over the years because you will get used to it. You can always skip gym because you have your period.

Periods do suck especially when ur trying to have a baby they suck even more. I just say buy some Pamprin and just relax. I have really bad problems with cramps that I throw up and can't eat anything and I cry all day, but when I take Pamprin they go away! i love the stuff!

PERIODS SUCK!How old are you?I am 11 (Almost 12) and started right before i turned 11.Get pads that work with your flow,so if its light get thin pads if its thick get thick pads.If you are wondering wings are a great idea!You can try tampons but i havent and wont.When i first started i had to take TUMS or a benegrel a night and a TUMS during day.Talk to your mom even though it may be hard...it was for me!

it happens sometime i your life. you need to use pads or tampons. you should probably start with pads because it's you first time. the cramps are normal. just takes some painkillers such as midol or motrin. then see a doctor or a close family member. always carry an extra pad or tampon.

hun first of all calm down. this is a very big day for you. first of all u need to tel your mom and you and her can talk about it. and ur first period is a little akward and u may feel like crap or u may feel fine. it could be heavy and it may be light. just talk to your mom about pad sizes and stuff. for school i take a make up case and it works. just take assorted sizes and change it about every 4 hours.

take some aleve for cramps u need to tell ur mom so u can go get pads at the store
