I've seen people recommend a program called iDump. It's a free program that's supposed to allow you to copy songs from your iPod back to a computer. I haven't used it though. You can give it a try. Just do a search for iDump.

You'll have to go to edit\preferences\ipod then choose to manually move songs to your ipod. Doing this will stop the deletion of the songs on your ipod that arn't in iTunes.

To answer your real question, it's not possible to move songs off your ipod into itunes because of apples security.
