It has to the Justice system based off of the Ancient Rome system. I think I also might have to do with the body of the Statue of Liberty; The artist created it with the head of his mother and the body of his lover. Interesting, huh? lol, I learned that while touring the statue myself!

The statue wears a robe of a dignified Greek matron of classical times. She represents the Greek goddess, Libertar.
