Most of the time it is gas....
You don't usually feel those flutters until after you know you are pregnant further into pregnancy.

I can't think of what this would be from. How long has then been going on and how long does the flutter sensation last? Do you notice anything in particular that triggers it? Such as after a meal? Or during your period? Oh, and also wondering if this is actually your pelvic region you are referring to rather than your abdomen. If that is the case, is it on the left or right side? So many questions, but from what you said can't tell what it could be. Maybe right back with more info.

Fluttering in your abdomen could be gas or could just be muscle spasms as your food is being digested or your bowels are doing their job. It usually takes about 4 months at least to start to feel any movement from a fetus (baby). I guess if you are thinking that there is a chance you may be pregnant, you have to ask yourself - did you sex a few months ago, have you been missing your period or have had irregular periods for the past few months, have you felt ill otherwise? If you are concerned that you could be pregnant, get a pregnancy test and check or go to a doctor. That is the only way to be certain.

By the time you feel a "fluttering" caused by being pregnant, you usually know it first. Most likely it is gas. Gas kinda "bounces" around sometimes and makes it feel like a "flutter". If you think you may be pregnant, get a test, but if you haven't had any other signs, I'd say it's gas.

Women are 4-5 months pregnant before they can feel the baby move. Has it been that long since you've had a period? If not, it was probably gas you were feeling. It kinda feels the same.

If you are sexually active, it could be a sign. I have read that many women do not feel any movement until the third month of pregnancy. Has it been that long since you last had sex?
Have there been any other signs?

Did you get a pregnancy test? if not this would be the only way to be sure that you are pregnant besides a blood test. the body has so many things that can go wrong with it that can feel similar to being pregnant good luck i hoped this helped

Have you never heard of a pregnancy test? Are you managing your sex life with prayer and not much else? Knowledge of your own body is a powerful thing - but you could have gas.
Forget signs; go to the doctor and tell him you are fairly ignorant of birth control and pregnancy and have him explain things short and sweet for you. Then live your life more responsibly!

If it's on the left side, it's probably just gas in your large intestine. If you have been having unprotected sex, you should rule out the chance of pregnancy by using a pregnancy test, just to be sure.

It takes months of being pregnant before you feel anything.. most women don't feel their baby till about 20 weeks into the pregnancy.
So, unless you've missed your period for a couple of months, I seriously doubt it.
It's probably just gas.
