In my hometown they waste thousands of dollars on public transportation and nobody uses it. It is a burden on the average taxpayer. Maybe you city doesn't have enough people trying to ride the bus to support the system. If that isn't the case then i would contact the city officials.

Public transportation only serves areas where there is enough of a demand to justify the cost of the service. More urban areas have a higher concentration of people, and there are more people who use buses and subways. In suburban, and rural areas there is less population density, and therefore the market for public transportation is less.
I see by some of your other questions that you are in a suburban / rural area, and are too young to work, which means that you are also too young to drive. This limits your options. You can ask the county about public transportation options, but it is doubtful that they will be able to help you! You will have to either arrange rides with your parents, or older siblings, or find an alternative way to get to where you want to go. Most likely this will be limited to walking or riding a bicycle!

Call the company and ask them where the closest one is. We have a bus route that will deliver to the farthest part of town but there isn't a bus stop sign there. Otherwise you might have to hoof it to the bus stop.

Talk to your town leaders, write a persuasive letter maybe, saying why you need them?
