ok so my very best friend is hurting herself her parents know and took her to a shrink and its not helping just last friday she cut herself again and i am getting woried she only told me and know one else and if i tell someone else she will know it was me how do help her without losing her as a friend she been with me through everything my dad in the hospintal my mom breaking down even me breaking down shes always there when i need her and i dont want to lose her friendship but i dont want her to kill herself eather how do tell someone your tired of them hurting themselfs without losing a friendship HELP

This girl needs help,especially from you if you are her best friend. You shouldn't keep this a secret if you feel she might do something that might end her life.If you tell someone that you both need help,that shows that you are more of a friend to her than someone who didn't and your keeping her best interest in mind. If she ends her life then you won't have her as a friend anymore and you will have to live with the fact that you didn't say something when you had the chance,if you choose not to seek some help for your friend. This is definitely a cry for help and it's you she's crying to.

Tell her that you care about her a lot, that her friendship means a lot to you & that it hurts you to see her hurting herself.

be honest thats what i do, then u guyz will talk about what needs to be changed in ur friendship so u too will become stronger
