I'm getting kinda tired with my music.....I have over 1300 songs on my computer, but I want to download more. I like rap and hip/hop and some cool underground rap (nas is good)...I also like good country (new country for the most part), and alternative/somewhat-emo/light rock/kinda funk music. I have pretty average, not too extreme musical tastes, and I'm pretty open to all different kinds. I'm not interestd in classical, really intense heavy metal, or really slow classic rock from the 60s and 70s....just not my style. any suggestions of what to download?

If you don't have it download some Red Hot Chili Pepper music. Some good songs are: Snow (hey oh), Hard To Concentrate, Scar Tissue, Paralell Universe, Dani California, Tell Me Baby, Stadium Arcadium, Porcelain, Aeroplane, Breaking the Girl, and their are a ton more.

Check out Clutch, they're hard to describe, but if you like hard rock and blues, you'll like them. I wouldn't call their music headbanger material, but everyone I've shared it with has loved it. You should be able to find them at Circuit City or Best Buy. I haven't seen them at FYE lately. Should be in the pop/rock section.

Check out Parliament/Funkadelic (look them up separately). Start with "One Nation Under a Groove" and get your freak on!

Also, from early/mid 1990s, get a hold of Digable Planets, especially their first CD - check out this Rolling Stone link: http://www.rollingstone.com/artists/digableplanets

Have fun!
