please have you ever heard the girl talk? not to mention she had her brothers babies, i mean i know they didnt have sex but still, creepy

She had more sex than any other character (other than Joey... as someone mentioned prior).
She actually dated a guy who was able to beg him to have sex with her (without the pressure) and that he didn't have to call her afterwards.
Then when she was with Gary, they had sex everywhere.
When David came back, sex was always there.
With Mike, she showed her kinkiness.
So really, she's the attempt at balance to offset Joey.

Phoebe "Charmed" or Phoebe "Friends".
Phoebe "Charmed" kept havving sex with the wrong guys.
Phoebe "Friends" was too scary to have sex with her. That was part of her character. She was the bad girl.
