I work in a urology office and we see patients for this problem. You should see your primary family physician, he may be able to prescribe you something. Also, it may be psychological, not physical. Or you might be taking a certain medication that's causing it. See you doc. If he/she can't help, they can refer you to a urologist.

Erectile dysfunction may not be your true diagnosis. All men experience impotence at one time or another regardless of age. Diabetes, high blood pressure medications and other medical disorders must be ruled out first. Let's say you are a healthy adult man, then stress can really be a major factor like problems at work, a negative sexual partner, money worries, insomnia, poor dietary habits and even lack of exercise can contribute to transient periods of impotence. Viagra isn't safe for everyone. Men who take nitrates for blood pressure or heart problems can bottom out their blood pressure to dangerous levels with Viagra and its cousins. I'm thinking you may need stress relievers. This will take a conscious effort for positive change in your life.Counseling helps some get their libido on track. Examine what in your life has changed recently. It could be a change or loss in job, a divorce, a death of a friend or family member. If you are still at a loss, see your physician for a routine check up. Perhaps, you are in need of changes. I hope you find your answer and move forward. My thoughts are with you.

There are a bunch. The amino acid L-arginine is often quite helpful. Avena Sativa (green oats) is good. Are you sure you don't have an underlying medical problem that could cause this? Are you taking any pharmaceuticals? Many of them have bad effects on that.
