I live in Canada but travel for pleasure periodically in the U.S. Idon't stay in hotels and get tired of searching out libraries etc.. Any way I can just get the service on a temporary basis on my laptop?

hi u can get the service from your cell phone provider for about 29 dollars a month to browse on one of your more expensive cell phones or get a netwrok card from your cellphone providers to hook up to your laptop this will cost you about 65 dollars a month and 100 for the card

If your Iaptop has WiFi built in, you can hook into a free wireless hotspot and use the internet, or some hotspots tend to charge you money for their service.

get a wireless network card for your laptop if it doesn't have one & connect to open wi-fi access points.
its free, but don't, i cannot stress this enough, DO NOT LOGIN TO BANK Accounts Using wi-fi...

ask a administrator or computer shop owner for a bluetooth device. It's not for free though.
