How do I upload an Access file to a mysql database?

I have an Access file that I need to upload to my online database (hosted at GoDaddy) thru Dreamweaver. How?

There's an easy way and a hard way. The easy way involved buying a conversion utility. ("Full Convert Enterprise" is a nice one).

Depending on the complexity of the database, it might be easy to write simple SQL commands to populate the mysql database from an xml file (should be able to export xml from access). Since I maintain a Windows server (IIS) it's really easy to translate the access to XML and then back again to mysql.
