you learn everything in your training and on the job. experience in your job is a plus. being 'soft' doesnt sit too well with your peers.
only to those that are willing work hard. dont need slackers.

1) Special Education teacher.
2) Master's Degree and passing of teacher certification exams.
3) Patience when dealing with struggling students. Knowledge of a variety of content areas at a variety of grade levels. Diplomacy in dealing with parents, administration, and other teachers.
4) I would only recommend it if you have a true love of children and learning.

I am a writer, I have a Bachelors of Arts in English. I have to have a working knowledge of grammar and spelling. If you like to write and have talent, sure.
