we just dont pay overtime

It's a law. If you are an exempt employee, (usually also known as salaried), you are considered "professional" and are not eligible for overtime pay as you are expected to get the job done despite the number of hours it takes you to do so. For non-exempt employees, (usually classified as hourly employees), you are eligible for overtime and paid for it. I don't necessarily think it's right, I just know that this is the law.

I think you should report it and if its happening to other people that work with you get to sign a sheet of paper saying this has been done to them as well and show it to the state labor board.
