The Bon-Ton. They have the most amazing "shortish party dresses"! I bought one for a dance -- it was short and red and flirty. Everyone loved it! You can also try Kohls, Wet Seal, Forever 21, or Macy's.

Go to www.womenshelp.net for a bunch of great links to cheap but great quality clothes. I would also go to www.the15dollarstore.com. The womenshelp.net has ALOT of other great sites if for some crazy reason you can't find something you like at the 15 dollar store. Good luck!

look in magazine, bridal shops and fancy dept stores you have plenty of time so look for sales or dressmaker to create the gown of your dreams
if u wanna a designer u could try chick .... u know by Nicky or ..... dolce and Gabbana makes some fabolous onez....

When I go dress shopping, I like to go to Nordstrom, Loehmann's, Forever 21, Macy's, or Bloomingdale's. Also, if you are like in the mall or somewhere with a lot of stores, look in the windows to see if it looks like a good store to shop in!

Deppending what dress and type at the Deb Shop at your local mall should have ADORABLE.Amazing dresses.For cheap or a lot.Try it.They are so cute!

I just bougt a great blue short dress for a dance at macys.com. You should tottally try it, and if it dosen't fit you can return it at your local macys.

www.Alloy.com. then go to shop and clearance and there are very cute dresses. you have to order them online theres no actual store. Good luck!
