We need family friendly, average property values. My husband is an electrician.

Where in California? My sister is in Manhattan Beach and the property value is too high!

California! That's where I live and we get quite a bit of sun and have a shoreline.

Virginia! Virginia has 4 seasons (but the winter is really short and not bad at all!), mountains, Atlantic ocean beaches, great museums and history, and has much better cost of living than California, especially if you avoid Northern Virginia.
