OK. We all knw about discrimination.. but what can be done about this? (I am not trying to sound racist.. cuz Im not.. but I am telling you eithnicities to explain) At my moms employer there is a group of 5 Mexicans (from mexico) and there are 4 white people and 3 blacks.. Now. They white and blacks get treated like sh!t. The mexicans come in late every day ATLEAST 20-25 minutes (and yes its able to be proven by their timecards) Anytime one of the white people or black people are even 5 minutes late.. they get talked to or threatened with a write up. If the Mexicans chose not to so something then thats fine.. but if the whites or blacks chose not to then there is disciplinary action.. What can be done about this?

Get a lawyer. If you have documentation, it is a good test case. If any employees are illegal, get the company officers busted.
