How to transfer ringers using blue tooth?

Is there a way to to do it with out the USB cord?
Can you transfer ringers from phone to phone?

I have the sprint MOTORAZR V3m and my friend has a verizon phone

Yes so long as both phones support file transfer (I think it's called OBEX). I don't know of many sprint or verizon phones that support it, while T-Mobile and Cingular have most of their phones capable of transferring files.
If your phone supports it, and so does the other one, then all you have to do is select the ringer you want to transfer, and select options and then select transfer/send/etc. through bluetooth. Post more details about the phones you are trying to do this with, and I can get more detailed, and give you a step by step if you still need more help.
