Absolutely. Take people who are color-blind for example.

We don't. That's why there is no such thing as an "absolute truth". Everything is relative to your perspective.
One person's blue could be another's magenta, and you wouldn't be able to prove them otherwise. Words are merely suggestions, not absolutes (every word is described with another, and so at each level there is a margin for error and misunderstanding)
How do you know you're alive at all? Or for that matter, how do you know everyone else exists? Just because you can touch people, and they react to the touch, doesn't prove their existence.
We see things from only one set of eyes and no matter how open minded, how amazingly understanding we are, we'll never ever see with the mind or eyes of another.
Keep in mind, I'm assuming you posted this question in PHILOSOPHY and not Neurology or Biology or General Health or some similar section for a reason.

The colours we see are really there. It is proved millions of times on a daily basis. All lands, cultures, and societies, no matter what the language know there are three primaries and three secondaries, and a thousand tertiaries, it is agreed upon by all who have eyes and intelligence.
Now there are those of us who would see colours in a different way and show the masses these ways of seeing the colours about us. They have an ability to say to you in a visual manner " there are blues in that green dress" then they paint it and say " see! the blues are there! look I see them and I want you to see it like I do."
These people are called artists.
So...it is quite possible that we don't see colours the same way at all.

You are absolutely correct! There is no way for us to know what other eyes see. Science cant look through different sets of eyes either. Who's to say what blue looks like to me. They can only know what each color looks like to them.

well, first you take our biological similarity. just given that it would be very very likely that we see colors at least similarly. I don't think we can prove 100% that we do, I just think empircal research and reflection on our experience while asking people about their experience makes some explanations more likely than other explanations.
I think extreme skepticism can't be refuted, but is also philosophically just a starting. ok, so we know we can't know for certain. now what? now let's do philosophy and see what at least the likeliest answer is. skepticism puts limits on our knowledge but it isn't the best avenue for making positive headway into a likely answer.

Yes is possible, the name is Daltonism. A person who suffers from this can't see the colors as a normal person does.

yes for example, for horses the sky is purple instead of blue because the easyest colors for a horse to see is purple. the same reason goes with why the sky is blue for us

It all has to do with the cones and rods in people's eyes. I think it might be the cones that have to do with color... but I'm not certain. I learned about it in my seventh grade biology class. hehe I'm in twelfth grade now so you can imagine how vague the memory might be.
