Who is the girl in the Kohl's commercial, and why is she wearing fishnets for stockings with her business clothes? Who cares, its the wardrobe or Fashion coordinator's choice, and who cares who the girls is. there is no hidden significance in such things.
I was a commercial model for years, and such things are the whim of the stylist on the set. They gave me the clothes, sent me to makeup, and controlled everything as to the look. I simply dis as I was told, many, many, many, times. That 30 second commercial may have taken days to shoot!

For those of you still determined to stalk her, no, I won't tell you what her name is - and no, she's not available. We ran into each other at a mutual friend's wedding several years ago, so I know that she's married quite happily. I mean, obviously he's happy**, but she seemed happy too. So yay for her.
