If you really want to try for another one and the timing is right, I dont see why you couldn't try "this year". Why wouldn't you be able to try this year?

Yes you will conceive this year it will happen after summer time in September.you will have 4 children and you will have a girl either this time around or the 4th child will be. the 4th child will come a couple years after this one.
You will also have ALOT of grandchildren in the future so be prepared, it will never stop (you raising your children lol)
