The First Amendment is not being abused, there are things such as slander, and liable that prevent that.
Next, AMENDMENTS NOT COMMANDMENTS.
Now the admendment which is being abused is the second one, the right to bare arms. People are using a possible Tyranny as an execuse to carry machine guns (legal in some states) The program they have for tracking people who own guns is loose. Any ex-criminal can get a gun today

Definately freedom of speech. In both ways. People use it as an excuse to say whatever they want and more and more cases go to court. Many people dont take into consideration libel or slander. On the other hand, when people use their right to defend what they say which is righteous, the oppoisition still accuses you. This right is being stretched on both sides of the argument.

Honey, l can give you my opinion but was that the assignment? Were you to ask others for their opinion or is it supposed to be yours alone? If the former then I believe the First Amendment is being abused the most. Consequently we find we are adding new laws, rules, and other encumbrances which I do not believe was the original intent.

you should put out of the bill of rights, but oh well. I'd say freedom of speech, because it is being threatened everyday. No one can say what they want at school, you can get in trouble for "hurting someone's feelings" and you are not allowed to protest for animal rights.
