I need sum better colors than just 16!!!! Its so.... UGGHHH! I CANT TELL THE COLOR OF ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope... graphics cards are hardware.. I would suggest buying a new computer

A graphics card is a piece of hardware. What you need to download and install is a driver for the graphic card (or onboard)

I remember a lot of people downloading the trial for Everquest 2 and then asking in chat... "Where can I download a video card?" Made me laugh every time.
But its okay, lol. Don't worry, as you're definitely not the first to ask it.

Graphic card is a hardware, it cannot be downloaded. If you are not happy with your colors change your graphic card to a higher resolution card. 128mb is fine for average users.

right click anywhere on the computer screen and choose Properties in display properties click settings and check your color quality,if its 16bit change it to 32bit
or it could be your monitor?
