I'm straight, but I would take it as a compliment.

If the gay guy is aware that the other guy is straight then I think it's disrepectful to ask him out. The gay guy is not only showing diregard but also insulting the straight guys personal boundaries. There is nothing flattering about this.

It really depends on the person asking and being asked.
I would hope you would see it as a compliment, but often men interpret being attractive to a gay person as some kind of gay energy that they are emitting. I do have a bit of unrequested advice, however:
Don't give up being friendly because it happens to be attractive to both sexes.
Don't give up being clean, because that is also equally attractive to both sexes.
Don't sacrifice your intelligence, because that is equally attractive to both sexes.
Don't dismiss your masculinity, because that too, is equally attractive to both sexes.
Be all of who you are, and if someone that you didn't mean to attract gets attracted, consider it an unexpected success.
Live well

I see it as a compliment.
Let me put it this way..... if a woman that you are not attracted to, hits on you, would you be disgusted? Or would it be a compliment?
I've had some guys that I wasn't interested in ask me out and while I was not interested, I was still flattered. I would feel the same way if a lesbian asked me out.

I went to San Francisco with my family last year...little did we know it was the Gay Pride Parade..thing. I personally didn't find guys whistling at me to be a compliment.

you will possibly be bisexual whilst you're uncertain approximately being gay or at as quickly as. Any way is a robust way, it makes no distinction whilst you're specific approximately your determination. in simple terms confirm to shelter your self.

holy crap, i have never thought of it that way. just because hes gay, doesnt make him automatically have a good sense of other men. but then again you could take it as a compliment, cause most gay guys are picky?
