Congrats on the new baby. Aaron is adorable. Nice choice...
How about just Aaron Jay? Can use A.J. and very cute. :)
Also,
Aaron Josiah is adorable.
Aaron Jackson
Aaron Jedidiah
Aaron Job (rhymes with robe)
My vote is for Aaron Josiah then Aaron Jay!

Me and my wife were in disagreement over this same issue! I have a son named Jace. Its different and cool. I like Joseph, Jarrod, John (spelled Jon) James...look up baby names online. There are several sites with huge data bases full of names. Some even have the meanings!

Judah is not very common.
I really like Jackson.
Jonah
The movie "The Legend of Bagger Vance" had a character named Junah.
I'm sure you've thought of Jacob.
Jubal is an old Bible name. (Also a character from the show "Firefly.")
