why can't i get into yahoo games?

the applet will not open

I used to play yahoo games all the time, now I can't anymore. I think the Java doesn't work with internet explorer anymore.

I wish I knew. I can't get in either. I think Yahoo is screwed. Can't play literati. Can't gt in to any games. So, what is going on. Are they getting ready to charge for their services?
