how do you use it?
i need to know??
pads dont work for me because they leak too much!!
i have tried tampons but i cant get them in all the way and then it hurts!! help!!

take your time... think about something else, such as reading a book or watching tv (that's what I did). Try a little bit of vaseline or baby oil... it just takes practice but take your time. Also, mine used to get stuck near the end of my period, so I would avoid them if your flow is light. They probably hurt because they are not in high enough.... you should not be able to feel it if it's in correctly.

OK, this sounds silly but, start by reading the instructions on the paper insert inside the tampon box.
Basically: hold the little grip in the middle of the applicator and insert the top half of the applicator (up to the grip) into the vagina (at a bit of an angle towards your back). Then, still holding the middle of the applicator, press the lower half of the applicator into the upper half.
Then, pull out the applicator leaving the string behind. Some people find the plastic applicators easier to insert.

wash your hands, relax your muscles, push the tampon up, once it is up, push the applicator up.You wont even feel it! if you do feel it, it could either be crooked or it may not be in far enough.you can take it out and start over with a new tampon.Good luck!

Before u put it in u must be relax. Open ur legs wide open and put it in slowly.
