Does anyone know of school bus driving jobs in the Fort Worth/Arlington area? And if an Illinois cdl is transferrable to Texas?

Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington would be more urban areas. The towns to the north of these are more suburban, new developement/strip mall areas. To the south of these is more country/open space type of area. Which would be better for you I don't know? You could try the Texas Dept of Transportation and see if they have an answer ( texas.dmv.org ) or the sites of any area you would like. I would suggest you look up the city first and then go to the school district which is usually listed as the ISD (independent school distrct) such as in Birdville ISD or mansfield ISD and see what they will accept and need

You can call Arlington ISD Transportation at (682) 867-7850. I think they usually have job openings.
