I get my 8+ hrs of sleep every day, but I still feel tire, drowsy, and weak after doing my homework around 6pm. So all I can do is watch TV until it's time to go to bed. Can someone suggest something that help me be more energetic so I'll can have more strength to to the things I want to. Also, I heard that eating apple gives you more energy; is that true?

Cardiovascular exercise - raises physical and mental energy while lowering nervous energy. Plus most people tend to get better quality sleep if they've exercised. Nutritionally, raising your protein intake (especially with breakfast, like eggs / egg beaters) and lowering sugar intake are both cited by many as tending to raise energy levels.

Ask you doctor to do a blood test on you and check your B12, iron levels and your white blood cell count. For a fast fix you can ask him if you could have a B12 shot or your could just take the pills you buy at a drug store. I get the B12 shots once a month and I have been for years and I does help. Now I know someone who is able to give needles and I just get the bottle prescription so I don't have to have a doctors appointment every month. It also is what is in the Dr. Bernstein diets that help you lose weight.

Go work out. Even for 15 minutes when you start to get tired or sometime in the afternoon. And, if you can;t study late, start studying earlier and don't waste time in the morning when you can actually get work done.
