Sorry guys this isn't actually a question........... jus that I'm f*kd if I know how to add details to give more info on a best answer !! DUH !!

Not real cluey when it comes to computers or even email !!! Duh

Hey Mikey,

Sure, store brand is fine cos the only ingredients in it are apples !! Just so long as it's free of artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. I use a brand called Cornwell's. k

Obviously, organic would be purer in that apples used to make the cider would have been grown pesticide and chemical free.

No, I don't cleanse before the vinegar fae scrub. The olive oil doesn't have to be cold before applying, but it feels ripper good if it is !!

Also, make sure you store and seal your olive oil away from sunlight, preferably in the fridge, not the freezer, or a cool dark cupboard, to stop if from being damaged by light and/or oxidation.

Sorry, that was long winded......... :0)
Anybody know how to add details to a best answer ???

PEACE

i use Bragg's raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. i think the regular store brand is way too processed and most of the really good stuff taken out to be near as beneficial..but what ever you can get...
good luck..

According to a book entitled: "Vermont Folk Medicine" by Dr. Jarvis, Heinz brand of apple cider vinegar is best because it's the only one that uses "whole" apples, including the skin, where others don't.
He named "Heinz" for the West Coast and some other brand, (which I can't remember right now!), for the East Coast.
