I already went into the control panel and made my own theme, but my new theme doesn't work for my browser... can anyone help?...

I suggest you get Firefox. It's 31425354 times better then Internet Explorer xD; www.firefox.com. You can get themes, font changes, and add-ons to your firefox. (Currently I have the iPOD theme for mine)

Click tools then choose Internet Options
On the General tab, Fonts and Colors appear at the bottom.
