If you are completely sure you can school him this is what you do.
Challenge him to a 1 v 1 game at lunch, then get a bunch of your friends and tell them about the game, tell some girls too. (When you school him they will like you) Then just lace up your Jordans, Nikes, Reeboks, etc. and take him to school in front of everyone. He will be so embarrassed that you schooled him that theres nothing he can say except that you are the man, and if he says anything, the rest of the kids will back you up.

You should can say you agree. Even though you are better than him, you don't have to crush his confidence. You could challenge him to show your greater skill. When you win, win with grace and don't say I told you so. Either way you have an option.
