everyone's right....6/11...just always check to see if the numerator and the denominator can be divided by the same number...in this case 2. as with the fraction 4/16, the answer is 4 and the fraction is reduced to 1/4. Although the fraction can also be divided by 2 making it 2/8, 4 is the best choice cause it reduces the fraction to it's smallest number or better put...it's simplest form.

7 1/3 is the same as 22/3 6 is the same as 6/1 When dividing by a fraction, it is the same as multiplying by it's reciprocal. So (22/3) divided by (6/1) Is the same as (22/3) times (1/6) multiply straight across 22 times 1 in the numerator = 22 and 3 times 6 in the denominator = 18 =22/18 now reduce by the greatest common factor (2) = 11/9 which is technically an improper fraction at your level (of math) you may be expected to change 11/9 to 1 2/9 hope that helps you, good luck, don't give up
