I think it is because she thinks attorneys are smart- you know like therapists are smart? The judge will throw a curveball and send the body to Hollywood- I guarantee it. Nancy Grace is having a cow right now. Check out CNN headline news. What is your opinion? Be polite.

Larry King is on now and people seem to be saying the judge does not like Howard K Stern. Probably because Stern Kept her drugged up so much and you can see right through him.

Wow, I've watched this stuff on Court TV for the past two days but haven't heard from Nancy Grace. This is the first I heard this is her opinion, or more accurately, her delusion.
Howard Stern, either deliberately or not caring, contributed to her death and the death of Daniel. He was able to manipulate her into depending on him with drugs. All he wanted from her was money and by keeping her supplied with narcotics he could maintain control.
He cared no more for Nicole or Daniel than he does for Dannyelle. He is a leech of the worst kind. This move to Bermuda, getting her away from Birkhead and family , taking over all her affairs were plain evil.
Between Daniel's death and her gut feel ling that Stern contributed to this and the fear and regret that she knew she endangered her newborn baby and knowing Stern really didn't care, knowing how many bridges she burned behind her were more than she could bear. She rejected all who truly cared about her and became dependent on the leech, Stern who she knew in her gut was destroying her, she could not face life and the destruction she left behind.
Stern is a coward who simply knew the laws in the Bahamas and sucked Anna Nicole into total self-destruction. He cares no more for Dannylyne than he did Nicole.
Something is very strange about Stern and to claim that child is his own is a sacrilege.

It's all hype. Stern couldn't answer all the important question's like the other guy could. Nancy Grace just wants to be liked.

I watch Nancy Grace almost every night.Most of the time she is on the mark,BUT this time I think she is wrong.Yes she is very pro Stern.I think he is a devious evil man and should be thrown in jail,esp after Birkheads testimony today on the time she was pregnant and hospitalized with a narcotic drip to get her off drugs and Stern brought a duffel bag full of drugs to the hosp and was giving them to her.I think he got very jealous and the rest will be history,mark my words.

Her opinion isn't important...........Her job is
to host the show, not try to sell her own
opinions. I wish they would just present the facts.

You are absolutely right!! With the majority of people knowing the right answer here so will the judge. Maybe Nancy has an issue with one of the lawyers and this is probably what is biasing her.

I think Ms Smith's wishes should be honored. Since she purchased a cemetary plot for herself a few months ago in the Bahamas, that is where she wanted to be buried. Leave her body alone (the mother and birky only want a meal ticket).

ya think? i don't, she seems pretty upset that he is borrowing money from his parents as he has no income. he is wanting that baby and the millions he will get from publicity etc. no i don't see it your way. nancy grace is great very fair and very intelligent... will someone please bury that pathetic soul near her son. this is a disgrace.....once she lost daniel she gave up....
