How do u beat the plant thing in Kilika?-FFX?

in the beggining u know, when u have to beat that plant thingy, how do u beat it? cuz i keep on dying=(

Hi. I had trouble with this too, but not much. Use lulu. if she knows watera and thundara that os what you use. also have auron and khimari out. if khimari doesnt know magic bring tidus out. oh, dont use al bhed potions save those for emergency. if you must use hi potions.
