I do not know any websites, but I have a good book that explaind how. Buckland's Book of Spirit communications by raymond Buckland.

It teachs in the bible even though im not christian that if you have had faith you will go either to heaven or hell you wont be able to contact them without divine intervention wich i doubt you will get.and using things such as a ouja board doesnt bring threw human sprits it brings threw very evil none human spirits there is no way to contact your realitives what ever you find i dont think you will like and why risk your life to talk to dead family members when you could even lose your soul.

I would recommend finding a book on the matter by a medium who is experienced in that field. I can tell you that once that door is open, and you can hear them talking to you, they all start talking to you. I'm almost sure they know who can hear.
You also have to train yourself to listen to them. After all, when they speak, it's sometimes easy to confuse it with your own thoughts

I don't know of a web site BUT don't ever use a Ouija Board.It's well known you can get bad spirits in & you wouldn't want that.

well you dont really have a choice to talk to sometimes. but a Ouija board works. but yea not always sure who your talking to.... or you could do a seance. (someone must be experienced around) and you might not want to contact someone who has been dead for awile... they arent vary pleasant when you disturbe them after years of rest
