Yes it is, but be careful about pressing charges cause there'd be no odor in the court.

The have had the glands removed that produce the terrible, tears to your eyes, merciless stink ability...but they are still animals. They have poop, pee and all of the generally stinky things associated with any type of animal care. Those purchased from a pet store have the glands removed, they should be no more or less stinky than ferrets, cats, or other animals.
