Well, it's not a good idea to do all these things before a game, since some might be drunk or have hangovers which may affect their performance.
It's not a bad idea if it's done before the game when there is no alcohol involved, but they might also get tired and may not put in theri maximum efforts during the game.
It sure will be fun when this is done after playing the game rather than before, since it will help them release tensions or stress they might be feeling.
